Please help us keep the air fresh and the home safe: 🚭 No smoking or vaping anywhere on-site (tobacco, marijuana, e-cigs)—indoors, patio, pool area, yard, or driveway 🚫 No evidence of smoking on the property at all—odor, ash, cigarette butts, burns, residue, or devices 🚪 If you choose to smoke, please do so OFF the property and away from doors/windows 🧯 Dispose of cigarette butts properly off-site; never leave them on the grounds 💵 $500 fine for any smoking or evidence of smoking, plus additional cleaning/replacement if needed 🔇 QUIET HOURS NOTICE 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please help us keep the peace and respect our neighbors and the city ordinance: 🔇 No outdoor music, speakers, or amplified sound 🤫 Keep voices low on the patio, pool area, driveway, and in front of the house 🚪🪟 Close doors and windows if chatting late at night 🌙🚫 No gatherings outside during quiet hours ⚠️ Violations will result in a $500 fine 👥 GUEST POLICY Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval Maximum guest count: [Insert number based on property] No subletting, sharing, or assigning the unit 🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS We love celebrations, but large gatherings are not permitted to maintain a peaceful environment. 🧾 DAMAGE & CLEANING Report any damages immediately Treat the home as if it were your own You are responsible for any damages or lost revenue due to repairs Excessive mess or rearranged furniture may incur additional fees MINIMUM AGE TO RENT Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present during the stay. Violations may result in termination of stay and fines. 🐾 PET POLICY Limit: 2 dogs per stay $50 fee for excess hair or unapproved pets Pets must not be left unattended unless crated Unauthorized pets: $500 fine and possible termination Service animals are welcome but must be supervised and housebroken 🚗 PARKING Max 4 vehicles (cars/motorcycles) Driveway is available at the property 🗑️ TRASH & RECYCLING Trash: Tuesday & Saturday Recycling: Monday Please take bins to the street if staying during pickup days 📺 OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT Cover outdoor furniture when not in use Rain or sun damage may incur fees 🛡️ SECURITY CAMERAS External cameras monitor motion events Tampering or disabling cameras: $250 fine Violations may result in termination of stay 🧾 AGREEMENT By booking, you agree to follow all house rules. Please reach out with any questions or concerns before your stay. ✔ DAMAGE PROTECTION & GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure that each guest is a great fit for our home and to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all, we require a brief guest verification process facilitated by our trusted third-party partner, Truvi. Shortly after booking, Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with simple instructions to complete the screening. This helps us ensure our property is aligned with your group’s needs and that house rules will be respected. A non-refundable $35 fee is requested to complete the verification. This step is necessary to finalize your reservation and proceed with check-in. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be subject to cancellation.
