Please help us keep the air fresh and the home safe: No smoking or vaping anywhere on-site (tobacco, marijuana, e-cigs)—indoors, patio, pool area, yard, or driveway No evidence of smoking on the property at all—odor, ash, cigarette butts, burns, residue, or devices If you choose to smoke, please do so OFF the property and away from doors/windows Dispose of cigarette butts properly off-site; never leave them on the grounds 💵 $500 fine for any smoking or evidence of smoking, plus additional cleaning/replacement if needed 🔇 QUIET HOURS NOTICE 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please help us keep the peace and respect our neighbors and the city ordinance: No outdoor music, speakers, or amplified sound Keep voices low on the patio, pool area, driveway, and in front of the house Close doors and windows if chatting late at night No gatherings outside during quiet hours Violations will result in a $500 fine 👥 GUEST POLICY Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval No subletting, sharing, or assigning the unit To ensure the safety of our home, maintain our property insurance compliance, and respect our wonderful neighbors, we have a strict policy regarding visitors - Registered Guests Only: Only the guests listed on your official reservation are permitted on the premises at any time. No Outside Visitors: The property is not to be used for parties, family reunions, or casual gatherings involving unregistered friends or family, even for brief visits. Please Note: We take this rule very seriously. A breach of this policy will result in immediate additional guest fees $100 per unregistered person, per day and may result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. Please reach out with any questions or concerns before your stay. ✔ DAMAGE PROTECTION & GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure that each guest is a great fit for our home and to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all, we require a brief guest verification process facilitated by our trusted third-party partner, Truvi. Shortly after booking, Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with simple instructions to complete the screening. This helps us ensure our property is aligned with your group’s needs and that house rules will be respected. A non-refundable $35 fee is requested to complete the verification. This step is necessary to finalize your reservation and proceed with check-in. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be subject to cancellation.
