Welcome to Palm Oasis in Lake Worth Beach, Palm Beach County! Our vacation retreat offers a spacious and inviting environment, perfect for families, groups, or couples seeking a tranquil getaway. Step inside our charming vacation home, where a coastal-inspired decor sets the tone for your relaxing stay. With a tropical theme and lush palm trees all around, you'll feel like you're in your private oasis, enjoying the beauty of nature and the relaxing sounds of the swaying palms. Inside this relaxing getaway you will find three bedrooms. Two are king master suites with master bathroom in the suite, while the third bedroom has two queens that are set up as a bunk bed. The third bath is in the hallway outside the bunk bedroom. One master has a separate sitting room that is just outside the bedroom, and it includes a pullout couch and TV. There is a curtain you can pull to create another private sleeping space and includes a side door access just to this area. The cottage behind the pool is a stand along living space with its own entrance, queen size bed and couch that can fold out as additional sleeping space. The cottage also contains its own set of washer/dryer. There are seven beds in total. The backyard is a tropical paradise, surrounded by 15 different types of palm trees, creating a lush and serene atmosphere. The beautiful, heated saltwater pool with swim shelf is the centerpiece, inviting you to take refreshing dips or simply bask in the sun on the sun deck. Two pergolas offer the perfect spots to unwind, enjoy outdoor meals, and gather with loved ones. The pavers around the pool create a stylish and safe area for lounging. A grill is available for delightful cookouts, and the outdoor TV adds a touch of entertainment. Palm Oasis boasts a prime location, with the beach just 1 mile away, making it easy to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze. The airport, polo fields, downtown Delray Beach, downtown West Palm Beach, and Manalapan are all within a 15-minute drive. This home was recently purchased by new owners but has over 50 reviews dating back to 2021 with an overall rating of 4.95. Since we bought the home, we replaced both central AC units, installed a mini-split AC in the cottage, upgraded the kitchen space, bought a new outdoor grill, added a new 65" TV with soundbar and updated the wifi coverage with new nest technology. This is truly a wonderful space.

Pool Heating in Winter Months: We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay even during the cooler months. The pool is heated in the winter to provide a warm and relaxing swimming experience. Pool heating is included at no additional cost during these months. Noise and Occupancy Restrictions: Please be mindful of noise levels during your stay, especially during late hours. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors' tranquility. Local code ordinance strictly enforces a quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Additionally, the maximum occupancy of the property is strictly enforced by local regulations. Parking Limitation: The property can accommodate parking for up to 4 vehicles on-site. We kindly ask that there are never more than 4 vehicles at the property at any given time. Pet-Friendly Policy: We understand that pets are part of the family. With owner approval, pets are allowed at Palm Oasis. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so that we can ensure a comfortable stay for both you and your furry friend. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs if possible, so please feel free to inquire. Please be aware that we have external cameras; any abuse of these rules may result in immediate termination of rental agreement with no refunds. We fully expect that you have read all the house rules and that you will reach out if you have any questions or concerns about the rules. MINIMUM AGE The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be on premises. Valid ID's must be submitted to show proof of age. Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight. PARKING House car limit is 4 cars/motorcycles at all times - in driveway or on street. We do not allow parties and or guests not staying on the property. PET POLICY Unauthorized animals will result in a $500 charge and immediate termination of stay. All owner authorized animals must be listed on the agreement and will require a $500 non-fundable pet fee. The owners have pet allergies which, if necessary related to unapproved pets, may result in additional cleaning charges necessary to protect the safety of the owners. The cleaning fee, if incurred, is billed in addition to the non-refundable fee. Per law, service animals are allowed and not subject to fees. However, service animals are not to be left alone at the property; they are expected to be under the control of their owners at all times and house broken. The renter may be liable for any damage resulting from unsupervised service animals. GRILL RULES Owner does not refill the propane in between guests. We will reimburse you if you need to fill the tank. Propane should be turned OFF immediately after using the grill. Please take a few minutes to clean the grille rack after each use. POOL LIABILITY Owner or Agent shall not be liable for damages resulting from injury to any person in connection with this Rental Agreement while using the pool. GUESTS agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent and/or Owner from any allegations of liability, loss or obligation resulting from any such injuries. Guests are aware that pool activities can be hazardous and are voluntarily using the pool with knowledge of the danger involved. Minors should not be allowed near the pool without adult or parental supervision. Any obvious dangerous condition should be brought to the property mgt attention immediately. Guest understands that the swimming pool is not fenced or alarmed, and that no lifeguard is on duty. Use of the pool is entirely at the Guest’s own risk. Guest agrees to: Supervise children at all times near the pool Refrain from diving, running, or unsafe behavior Ensure that pets are kept away from the pool unless supervised Use floating equipment responsibly and at their own risk SUBLET IS NOT ALLOWED The unit cannot be sublet, shared or assigned. Only the persons shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property. If deemed necessary, we will remove unauthorized guests from the property, without reimbursement, and we will not be liable for the cost of alternative accommodations. DISPUTES/LIABILITY By booking and staying at Palm Oasis, Guest acknowledges that they do so voluntarily and at their own risk. Guest hereby releases and holds harmless the property owner(s), agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from or related to use of the premises, including but not limited to: The swimming pool and surrounding areas Floating equipment or pool accessories The fire pit and outdoor grill Any other amenities or structures on the property This release applies to all members of the Guest’s party and any visitors permitted on the property. Children and pets are permitted only with prior approval. Guest assumes full responsibility for supervising minors and pets at all times and ensuring their safety around all property features, including the pool, fire pit, and grill. Guest agrees to operate the fire pit and grill safely and responsibly. This includes: Keeping flammable materials away Never leaving fires or cooking equipment unattended Ensuring children and pets are kept at a safe distance Extinguishing all flames after use If you see any dangerous condition(s), please notify the house mgt as soon as possible. CRYPTO MINING We do not allow any Crypto mining activity in the house. Doing so will result in immediate termination and required payment of the electric bill. QUIET HOURS NOTICE 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please help us keep the peace and respect our neighbors and the city ordinance: 🔇 No outdoor music, speakers, or amplified sound 🤫 Keep voices low on the patio, pool area, driveway, and in front of the house 🚪🪟 Close doors and windows if chatting late at night 🌙🚫 No gatherings outside during quiet hours ⚠️ Violations will result in a $500 fine NO SMOKING / VAPING POLICY 100% smoke-free home & property. Please help us keep the air fresh and the home safe: 🚭 No smoking or vaping anywhere on-site (tobacco, marijuana, e-cigs)—indoors, patio, pool area, yard, or driveway. 🚫 No evidence of smoking on the property at all—odor, ash, cigarette butts, burns, residue, or devices. 🚪 If you choose to smoke, please do so OFF the property and away from doors/windows. 🧯 Dispose of cigarette butts properly off-site; never leave them on the grounds. 💵 $500 fine for any smoking or evidence of smoking, plus additional cleaning/replacement if needed.
