Complete with floaties, swim at your own risk as no lifeguard on duty ✔ Fire pit & grill – Use safely & clean after use ✔ No smoking or vaping indoors ✔ No parties, events, or unregistered guests ✔ We do not stock extra propane for safety reasons, if a tank is low, we are happy to reimburse you! ✔ Long Stays - We love long stay visitors! We do require a bi-weekly clean to keep everything in great shape. ✔ Pool and Lawn Maintenance Happens Weekly ✔ Florida Critters- We have regular pest control, but Florida’s warm climate means the occasional critter may appear, it’s part of local beach life. ✔ Damage Protection Waiver: To maintain a safe environment for all, we require a brief guest verification process via our trusted partner, Truvi. After booking, Truvi will contact you with simple instructions to complete. This helps us ensure our property is aligned with your group’s needs and that house rules will be respected. QUIET HOURS NOTICE 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please help us keep the peace and respect our neighbors and the city ordinance: 🔇 No outdoor music, speakers, or amplified sound 🤫 Keep voices low on the patio, pool area, driveway, and in front of the house 🚪🪟 Close doors and windows if chatting late at night 🌙🚫 No gatherings outside during quiet hours ⚠️ Violations will result in a $500 fine NO SMOKING / VAPING POLICY 100% smoke-free home & property. Please help us keep the air fresh and the home safe: 🚭 No smoking with any windows or doors open. Smoking is allowed away from the property if everything is cleaned up. Any evidence inside will result in a fine. 🚫 No evidence of smoking on the property at all—odor, ash, cigarette butts, burns, residue, or devices. 🚪 If you choose to smoke, please do so OFF the property and away from doors/windows. 🧯 Dispose of cigarette butts properly off-site; never leave them on the grounds. 💵 $500 fine for any smoking or evidence of smoking, plus additional cleaning/replacement if needed.
