Shortly after booking, Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with simple instructions to complete the screening. This helps us ensure our property is aligned with your group’s needs and that house rules will be respected. A non-refundable $35 fee is requested to complete the verification. This step is necessary to finalize your reservation and proceed with check-in. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be subject to cancellation.
