Guest bedroom can be setup as a king bed or converted to two twin beds with advanced notice. Trucks are not allowed in the complex! ✔ DAMAGE PROTECTION & GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure that each guest is a great fit for our home and to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all, we require a brief guest verification process facilitated by our trusted third-party partner, Truvi. Shortly after booking, Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with simple instructions to complete the screening. This helps us ensure our property is aligned with your group’s needs and that house rules will be respected. A non-refundable $35 fee is requested to complete the verification.
